We’re working with a national Tier 2 builder delivering a new train station build on Brisbane’s south side. The project is now moving into the fit-out phase, and they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities. The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the fit-out works, coordinating trades, and ensuring the programme, quality, and safety standards are maintained on site. Key responsibilities include: Running daily pre-starts and managing site safety Planning and coordinating daily site activities Managing multiple subcontractors and trade packages Monitoring progress and quality of works Fit-out scopes include: External cladding Base flooring Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical rough-in Internal framing and linings Wet area construction Services fit-off Minor structural steel and concrete works About You Proven experience supervising building or commercial fit-out works Strong ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors Confident running a site day to day Safety-focused and well organised Why Join?
