As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:
* Screening telephone calls and providing information or redirecting inquiries
* Maintaining and updating databases regularly
* Composing routine correspondence accurately and efficiently
* Preparing reports for meetings and drafting correspondence
* Assisting with meeting preparation and minute-taking

Preferred Skills
We are looking for a candidate who has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience In Administrative Support Roles Is Preferred.
