The role

The Office Administrator plays an important role in supporting our corporate office and office culture by creating an office environment that enables employees to thrive and do their best work. This involves organising and coordinating office administration, executive support, facilities and processes, to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. To be successful in this role you will have the experience and maturity to handle a wide range of administrative duties and related tasks; be able to work independently; and be well organised, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Key Responsibilities Include

* Arrange travel bookings for senior staff, including flights (domestic and international) and accommodation.
* Coordinate and set up meetings between multiple stakeholders, arrange facilities, room bookings, and catering for senior and visiting staff.
* Organise office invoice payments and credit card reconciliations.
* Coordinate and arrange catering and supplies for office social gatherings, events and celebrations.
* Undertake general administrative duties such as archiving, room/venue bookings, mail & post, meeting bookings and assisting with room technology.
* Ensure the physical environment of the office remains inviting, pleasant to be in and user-friendly.
* Develop and maintain an office inventory of hardware and equipment.
* Ensure timely procurement and replacement of office supplies, stationery, consumables, and kitchen supplies including beverages and cleaning equipment.
* Assist with OH&S activities and the identification and management of office risk, supporting its identification, reporting, management and mitigation.

About You

You will have previous experience working in general administration and bookkeeping, within a corporate office environment. We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent client / stakeholder service, and is able to work autonomously, use their initiative and complete tasks effectively.

Additional Key Requirements Include

* High level skills in Microsoft office – particularly Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. Knowledge of Excel would be an advantage.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to balance and prioritise multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
