They're seeking a proactive and detail-focused Ecommerce Specialist to take ownership of the online store and drive digital growth. In this role, you'll oversee the end-to-end e-commerce experience - ensuring the website, campaigns, and content all work seamlessly to convert traffic into loyal customers.
About the Role
As the Ecommerce Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of our online store, coordinating campaigns and product launches, and ensuring a smooth and engaging customer journey from browse to checkout. You'll work closely with marketing, design, and operations to deliver strong commercial outcomes and an exceptional brand experience online.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the annual e-commerce calendar, including seasonal campaigns, product drops, and promotions.
* Coordinate brand strategy meetings and translate plans into actionable weekly/daily schedules for site updates, emails, and marketing activities.
* Oversee daily e-commerce operations - from product uploads to stock management and promotional setup.
* Ensure product information, pricing, and imagery are accurate and up to date.
* Analyse daily and weekly sales performance, using insights to optimise site layout, conversion rates, and campaign results.
* Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and offshore support across creative, technical, and operational functions.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader digital campaigns.

- this is an initial contract role to see the brand through Black Friday, Christmas and New Years, and can be extended and possibly converted into a full time role based on performance.
