The Role
You will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and experiences of our children. You'll work collaboratively with our team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's growth and development. Your expertise and leadership will help us deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families, and the community.
Responsibilities And Preferred Experience
* Develop and implement engaging educational programs that meet children's individual needs
* Collaborate with families and stakeholders to build strong relationships and partnerships
* Contribute to centre operations, including planning, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives
* Support the professional growth and development of team members

Requirements
* Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care (or Diploma)
* Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Commitment to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
