About the role

As the eCommerce Manager at iTechworld, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of our online sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimising the customer experience, and ensuring our eCommerce platform remains innovative and competitive.

What you'll be doing

* Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance profitability.
* Website Management - Oversee day-to-day operations of the eCommerce site, including product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
* Campaign Planning - Work with the marketing team on the eCommerce calendar, ensuring timely and accurate execution of product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
* Digital Marketing - Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and conversions through SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
* Analytics & Reporting - Monitor site performance and customer behaviour, providing actionable insights and weekly reports to improve conversion rates and user experience.
* Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - Develop and manage strategies to continuously enhance website performance and customer engagement.
* User Experience (UX) - Lead initiatives to optimise navigation, accessibility, and content for a seamless shopping experience.
* Agency & Vendor Management - Coordinate with external partners to design, test, and launch new features and shopping experiences.
* Content & Creative Alignment - Work closely with creative teams to ensure product imagery and content meet brand standards.
* Customer Experience - Collaborate with customer service to resolve inquiries and feedback promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
* Market Awareness - Stay informed on eCommerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent brand experience across all channels.

What we're looking for

* Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce management or a similar digital marketing role
* Proven track record of driving successful eCommerce and digital marketing strategies that have delivered measurable results
* Excellent understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and act on website and marketing performance data
* Proficient in using eCommerce platforms, ie Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google Ads and analytics, content management systems, and digital marketing tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving continuous improvement
