Job Description:-
As a Therapeutic Sales Representative, you will be responsible for attending company-set appointments within your community and taking the clients through our proven 12-step process. Your main objective will be to drive successful outcomes and increase brand awareness through effective communication skills. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Completing up to 3 In-the-home Consultations daily (Mon-Fri)
- Develop technical knowledge of all product offerings
- Take part in company-led initiatives
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets to maximise commission earnings
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:-
- Previous experience in sales or closing is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
