Compensation
Base pay: $110,000 – $130,000 per annum
Performance bonus: up to 25% of annual salary

The Digital Marketing Manager will own Meta and multi-channel paid strategies that drive 8-figure revenue impact.
The role includes launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms while supporting affiliate, SEO, SEM, and email channels.

Responsibilities
Architect campaigns from scratch with clear success metrics and focus on revenue, ROAS, and scalable systems
Hands-on daily optimisation: build campaigns, test creatives, analyze attribution, and ship experiments fast
Coordinate with design and cross-functional teams at velocity, steering campaigns from prospecting to conversion
Qualifications
5+ years total experience, including at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands; proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels
Working knowledge of affiliate, SEO, SEM, and email marketing and ability to contribute to strategy
Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance platforms; track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals
Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation for strategic decisions
Experience optimising funnels from awareness through conversion, including ad-to-LP optimisation
Ability to generate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets with design teams
Good-to-have: background in mattress, furniture, or home goods; experience with programmatic channels and TikTok Ads; familiarity with automated ad creation tools and DCO; video content optimisation; Meta Shopping and social commerce integrations
