We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Part time Retail Assistant to join our team at our Morie Candle Store in Penrith Westfields
As a Part time Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our retail outlet. Candidates must be able to work at least 3 days in November and at least 5 days in December per week.

* If you will be able to work 34 hours per week Monday - Friday.
What you'll be doing
* Providing outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering queries, and helping them find the products they need.
* Maintaining the store's visual appearance and merchandise by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and ensuring products are presented in an appealing way.
* Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
* Adhering to store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant retail environment.
* Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as stock checks and ordering as required.
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

* Experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
* A friendly, positive, and professional demeanour.
* The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
