Business Development Lead
The Opportunity
This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to grow our presence in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HV energy market and be able to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the allocated geography.
* Manage a portfolio of accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers and identifying new business opportunities.
* Sell and promote Hitachi Energy products and solutions to customers in accordance with market strategies.
* Partner with local BU team members to maximize top line orders.
Requirements:
* Tertiary or degree qualifications in Engineering/ commercial qualification or recognized equivalent.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the energy sector.
* Knowledge in HV Energy Sector at a technical Level.
* Good understanding of Hitachi Energy products is highly regarded, local market knowledge is beneficial.
