 
        
        Program Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of our Navigator program. As a Program Development Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the program is operated in accordance with service and quality standards, program targets, and organisational policies.
You will work closely with our leadership team, Department of Education, VACCA, and other stakeholders to develop systems and processes that support the program's goals. Your expertise in programme development and delivery will be instrumental in creating a culture of innovation and best practice within our organisation.
 * Main Responsibilities:
 * Develop and implement effective program strategies and plans
 * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program objectives
 * Maintain accurate records and reports on program progress
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * A Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
 * Significant experience in programme development and delivery
 * Demonstrable supervisory experience in a children, youth, and family sector context
 * Knowledge of family services, child protection, and out-of-home care legislation and regulations
 * Understanding of barriers experienced by disengaged learners
