This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling scheduling systems and supporting our team both in-office and on-site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries with exceptional communication skills.
* Book and schedule quotes using our CRM system.
* Follow up on quotes through multiple stages, including calls, texts, and emails.
* Schedule staff and projects using our software.
* Visit job sites to capture photos of ongoing projects and completed work.
* Develop and implement engaging content across social media platforms.
