Brief Description
The role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Projects & Change within our Partnerships & Alliances team, you'll lead the delivery of key initiatives that underpin the success of our White Label and Alliance Insurance Products. You'll work across a variety of delivery methodologies to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to strategic projects – helping deliver value to our partners and customers alike.
This isn't a pure tech project role – it's about navigating complex people and process environments, coordinating with external partners, and influencing outcomes in a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery across insurance partnership initiatives
* Adapt delivery approach to suit each project (agile, hybrid, or traditional)
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to meet performance goals
* Support compliance with risk, control, and contractual obligations
* Drive continuous improvement through retros, stakeholder feedback and delivery metrics
* Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including executives, operations teams, and consultants
* Manage delivery timelines, risk mitigation and clear, transparent reporting
What Experience You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally in financial services or a highly regulated environment
* Comfortable working across delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
* Confidence dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities
* Experience working with third-party vendors or partners (highly desirable)
* Certifications in Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP
