The Role We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to build Lyrebird’s marketing engine from the ground up and establish a clear, authoritative voice in the market. This role sits at the heart of our go-to-market system. You’ll be a peer to Sales and RevOps, work closely with Product and Engineering, and partner with the CEO and COO to define how Lyrebird shows up globally. It’s a rare opportunity to own narrative, positioning, demand, and growth end-to-end. You’ll shape category definition while also building the systems that materially improve pipeline creation, activation, and conversion efficiency at scale. This is a senior leadership role with real hands-on ownership, setting direction, building capability, and executing with pace. About us Lyrebird Health is transforming the quality and accessibility of healthcare by automating clinicians’ most time-consuming tasks. Thousands of clinicians across multiple disciplines use Lyrebird every day, and that number continues to grow. Clinicians trust us to deliver a fast, reliable, and clinically sound experience. We take that trust seriously. Our product delivers real impact, and our ambition is to ensure the market clearly understands why. Why this role exists Lyrebird delivers meaningful value to clinicians, and when that value is experienced firsthand, it is compelling. As the company grows, there is an opportunity to ensure that this value is more consistently visible in the market earlier in the buying journey. Today, the full strength of Lyrebird’s proposition is not always clear ahead of the sales conversation. A stronger marketing engine enables clearer articulation of who Lyrebird is for, builds trust and awareness at scale, and ensures our narrative compounds consistently across regions and over time. This role exists to build that engine. The Head of Marketing will establish the systems, messaging, and operating rhythm that create belief before first contact, support stronger commercial outcomes, and allow Lyrebird to actively define its category rather than having it shaped externally as we scale. If you want to build something meaningful, define a category, and see your work translate directly into real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you. We’re building a team that reflects the diversity of the people who benefit from our work. We want Lyrebird to be a place where everyone feels safe, supported, and able to thrive.
