About the Role
Reporting directly to the Sales & Applications Engineering Manager, you will assist in the selection, sales and support of refrigeration and air‐conditioning equipment and accessories. Your responsibilities include providing technical support, equipment selection, quotations to internal and external customers, delivering technical presentations and training, staying abreast of emerging trends and new products from suppliers, and visiting project sites to offer field support.
Responsibilities
Sustain sales and technical support across Queensland, deliver detailed heat‐load calculations, equipment selections, and quotations, maintain customer relationships, and provide on‐site field assistance.
Qualifications
* Cert III Refrigeration Trade Qualification with at least 2 years post‐apprenticeship experience
* Strong customer relationship development skills
* Proficiency in heat‐load calculations and equipment selection
* Australian citizen or permanent resident
* Current driver's licence
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Other Considerations
The role suits technical‐minded refrigeration or HVAC technicians, or Diploma/degree‐qualified engineers with industry experience. Diverse HVAC‐R sector experience is highly regarded.
