The Role
You will play a pivotal role in fostering capabilities and driving improvement across teams through expertly crafted resources and processes.
This hybrid position requires building effective relationships, mentoring educators, teachers, and leaders. It also involves supporting centres with localised travel in South Australia, as well as occasional interstate travel for team meetings and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive quality improvements in practice with centre managers and educational leaders
* Mentor professionals using educationally sound strategies and methods
* Design coaching and mentoring plans to build capacity and capability
* Develop learning structures and delivery methods tailored to each centre's needs
* Lead by example with strong professional standards of practice and ongoing training links
