Key Responsibilities
This role is central to the Discovery phase of a SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online intranet migration. You will act as both the solution architect and primary technical contributor, assessing legacy sites and designing the migration approach into an existing SharePoint Online environment. Please note that this role requires Baseline Security Clearance as a minimum.
The location for this role is Canberra however can be performed remotely from other East Coast cities if required.
* Assess legacy SharePoint 2010 sites and identify migration candidates
* Design target SharePoint Online architecture and site structures
* Execute hands-on technical analysis and early migration activities
* Create practical, fit-for-purpose solution designs and technical documentation to enable the migration.
* Provide clear technical guidance to project and business stakeholders
* Support the go/no-go decision with robust technical inputs
Skills & Experience Required
* Deep experience with SharePoint Online and legacy SharePoint (2010+)
* Hands-on migration experience (architecture and execution)
* Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience working in lean, delivery-focused project teams
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and governance models
* A Baseline Security Clearance is a prerequisite for this role. Candidate without will not be considered as suitable.
