About the role
- Management and administration of the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) including data entry, uploads, auditing, review and reporting suitable for senior management and executive forums.
- Comprehensive planning, scheduling, and reporting for all built infrastructure maintenance activity including preventive and corrective maintenance, capital works, life cycle and condition-based activity for buildings, plant, infrastructure, and systems.
- Provide effective planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, plant, infrastructure, and systems.
About you
- Develop, implement, and maintain high quality fundamental Master Data records to enable accurate, real-time reporting across the portfolio.
- Manage the Preventive Maintenance Index along with associated tools, such as Key Performance Indicator spreadsheets to track and record completed maintenance per financial year.
- System support to key internal and external stakeholders for electronic Contractor Management System ensuring compliance across all contractor inductions, licences, and insurances.
- Knowledge of Decision Support System (DSS), S/4HANA and MS Office.
