We are excited to launch a new concept in Perth, a refined but relaxed coastal venue that specialises in local seafood and produce from West Australia, real food, genuine hospitality, an exceptional beverage list, and a team culture built on knowledge, passion, and creativity.
We are looking to hire a Venue manager to lead the team, work with the owner and chef to create something unique and special.
This role is about more than operations – it's about shaping the culture, guest experience, and energy of a new dining destination.
We are professional but relaxed and looking for someone that can collaborate, share knowledge with leadership and help build a fantastic working culture and guest experience from the beginning.
You'll be joining a team of experienced operators and creatives, but as new venue we are open to new ideas and different ways of doing things to enhance the dining experience and logistic operations.
About the Role
Lead the Front of House team in delivering warm, professional and attentive service
Train, mentor and inspire FOH staff to uphold high service standards
Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring a seamless and consistent guest experience
Work closely with the Owner, Head Chef and senior leadership to align service and eliminate a BOH vs FOH mentality.
Assist in rostering, stock management and day-to-day operational planning
Curate and manage an evolving wine list in collaboration with management and suppliers
Opportunity to contribute to the growth of the venue group as new projects evolve
Contribute ideas to shape the identity from the ground up
About You
We're looking for a hospitality professional who brings:
Proven experience in aVenue manager or assistant manager within a refined dining or hospitality environment
Strong leadership and team development skills
Understanding of POS and booking systems
The general enthusiasm towards savvy financial acumen and hitting set targets
Excellent knowledge of food and wine service, with experience in wine list curation highly regarded
A guest-first mindset with polished presentation and communication skills
Overall a good Human that wants to be part of a collaborative team and friendly nature.
