Project Coordinator
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain accurate project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment with project timelines.
* Perform critical path analysis and scenario planning.
* Track progress, identify delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
* Prepare reports that support project end users, project management, and the executive, including milestone and variance tracking, earned value analysis, forecasting, and cash flow.
* Facilitate workshops for schedule development/update and recovery.
* Integrate with the project team, including project/construction management, contracts/commercial, project controls, stakeholders, and approvals.
* Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Preferably use Power BI for advanced reporting and visualization.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent coordination and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with 7-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of engaging with project teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate project schedules.
