As one of Australia’s leading dedicated SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) and S/4HANA Cloud Partners Discovery Consulting are seeking experienced SAP professionals to join our growing SAP cloud practices with offices based out of Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.
Located in Sydney, we are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Specialist Consultant (Core HR/Talent Acquisition) to lead, configure, deploy and support our customers with their HRIS transformations. The ideal candidate will possess strong implementation expertise for delivery of the solution to meet the needs of the business in their transformation journey.

What we are looking for:
* Strong understanding of the Core HR and Talent Acquisition processes including deep expertise in configuring these modules
* Proven experience in the configuration and implementation of medium to large scale SAP SuccessFactors projects
* Lead design discussions with customers for delivery of complex requirements
* Deliver support services to customers
* Ensure strong quality of deliverables
* Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills
* Communicate requirements and changes to all stakeholders
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Provide mentoring of team members to support them in the successful delivery of customer solutions
* Ensure compliance with project governance and best practices
* Legal rights to work in Australia
To be a successful candidate you must have:
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
* Have over 5 years hands-on configuration experience on multiple end to end Core HR (Employee Central) and Talent Acquisition (Onboarding and/or Recruiting Management/Marketing) implementations
* Expertise in solution design including the execution of design workshops
* Knowledge across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, including the SAP roadmap
* Have two or more of the following certifications (current):
* SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience; and
* SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience
* SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core; and
* SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (C_THR97)
