Overview
As a Senior Brand Manager at Blooper Biotech, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global brand strategy and driving the execution of impactful marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand plans that align with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
Responsibilities
* Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth
* Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and print
* Collaborating with cross‐functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints
* Monitoring and analyzing brand performance metrics to inform data‐driven decision‐making
* Staying up‐to‐date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the Blooper brand
* Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers
Qualifications
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‐functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‐driven decisions
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, content creation, and performance tracking
* Deep understanding of the biotechnology industry and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents
