Join a fast-growing ISP where you will lead performance and reliability across NBN and Opticomm networks, driving capacity planning, optimisation, and network innovation.If you are ready to take on a mission-critical role shaping ISP network performance, apply now to be part of a high-impact team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and optimise access across NBN POIs and Opticomm hubs, including CVC sizing and VLAN handoffEngineer and manage BNG platforms (Cisco, Juniper, or Linux-BNG) for PPPoE/IPoE, DHCP, and RADIUSDesign resilient Layer 2 segmentation with VLAN, QinQ, LACP, and MLAG on Cumulus LinuxBuild and maintain in-house Linux network services and automation using Ansible and GitMonitor, analyse, and optimise performance with advanced telemetry, observability, and packet analysis tools.Key RequirementsExtensive experience in ISP access/aggregation operationsExpertise in large-scale Layer 2 networks and Cumulus Linux environmentsHands-on experience with BNG operations, subscriber QoS, and policy enforcementProficiency in Linux networking, automation (Ansible, scripting), and monitoring stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/Graylog)Strong troubleshooting, technical leadership, and ability to mentor teams.How to ApplyPlease apply now following the application process.Interested in the role but don't have an updated CV?
