Job Title: Human Resource Assistant
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Manager in a range of activities, including payroll processing, recruitment, and administration.
This role involves providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring timely payment of wages, assisting with recruitment activities, and processing paperwork for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Paying employees accurately and on time
* Assisting with recruitment processes, including advertising positions, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
* Processing employee paperwork, generating induction packs, and maintaining accurate records
* Providing general administrative support, including filing, typing, and other duties as required
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
* Good computer skills and experience with payroll software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in human resources and payroll
* Relevant certifications or training
