Salary: UOM 5 - $85,238 to $97,906 p.a. plus 17% super

Your next career opportunity
Contribute to enhancing the student experience within the Faculty of Business and Economics by supporting the delivery of timely, consistent and engaging communications. Reporting to the Manager, Communications and Engagement (Students), you will work closely with internal stakeholders and student representatives to develop and coordinate content across multiple channels, ensuring that students remain informed and connected throughout their academic journey. With a focus on enhancing student engagement, the role contributes to communications initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, helping to deliver cohesive messaging that supports participation in Faculty programs, activities and services.

Your responsibilities will include:
3. Developing and coordinating engaging student communications across digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
4. Collaborating with academic and professional staff, University stakeholders, and student representatives to deliver cohesive messaging and support continuous improvement of student engagement initiatives.
5. Managing communication workflows using digital tools, analysing performance data, and providing insights to refine campaigns and enhance their impact.
* Supporting the planning and delivery of student-facing programs and events, contributing to content co-design and providing logistical assistance as required.

Your ability to prioritise competing deadlines, combined with your empathy and professionalism, will see you contribute meaningfully to student engagement and the broader goals of the faculty.

You will also:
6. Hold a degree or possess an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
7. Demonstrate experience in developing and delivering communications across multiple platforms, including web, email, social media, and print.
8. Show proficiency in utilising digital communication tools such as email marketing platforms, website content management systems, and social media scheduling software.
* Posses strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and extract insights that inform and enhance communication strategies.
