Bene Aged Care is currently seeking passionate Personal Care Workers to join our team at the St. Clair Residential Facility on a part-time basis.

Your Role as a PCW
* Available Shifts: Morning shifts, Monday to Friday
* Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
* Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
* Monitor health and wellbeing; report changes to clinical staff
* Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
* Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each resident
What You'll Bring
Essential:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
* Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care
* Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
* Previous experience in residential aged care
* Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
