Opportunity
Working closely with the Head of Departments and a collaborative Operations team, you will play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly. This is a hands‐on position with exposure to sales support, marketing coordination, database management, and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales and operational support across the residential team
* Marketing coordination, campaigns, and collateral preparation
* CRM and database management
* Assisting with projects, process improvements, and reporting
* General administration and operational support
You will bring
* 3+ years of strong administration experience
* Experience in real estate or property highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong work ethic with a self‐motivated approach
