Company Overview Our client is a well-established menswear apparel brand recognised for its commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and timeless style. With a strong footprint across retail and wholesale channels, they produce garments that meet high standards of design, fit, and construction. They are now seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production function. Role Overview As the Production Manager, you will own the full production lifecycle-from fabric booking through to final garment delivery and warehouse intake. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring all production runs are delivered on time, in full, and aligned with brand quality expectations. Working closely with Product Development, Buying, Garment Technology, and offshore partners, you will manage the critical path, lead a Production Coordinator, and ensure all suppliers and factories remain aligned with production requirements. Your remit will include: Managing the end-to-end critical path and ensuring all deadlines are met. Overseeing bulk fabric bookings, garment orders, approvals, fit sessions, and production timelines Maintaining proactive communication with mills, factories, buying teams, and internal stakeholders Leading pre-production and shipment sample processes to meet quality standards Coordinating logistics and freight movements to ensure on-time delivery into warehouse Overseeing AP21 data integrity, purchase orders, price updates, contracts, and size splits Monitoring factory capacity and raising risks early Publishing weekly production schedules and reporting on key production KPIs Driving workflow improvements and supporting ongoing efficiency projects Leading, mentoring, and supporting the Production Coordinator This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to an experienced production leader who thrives in a fast-paced apparel environment. About You You are an organised, detail-driven production professional with strong experience across menswear apparel-this is a must for the role. You have a deep understanding of offshore manufacturing, critical path management, and garment construction across multiple product categories.
