Join our team atKarri & Tuart Lodge inMerriwa as aRegistered Nurse with RAAFA We are seeking passionate and caring Registered Nurses to lead a team of professionals by supervising and directing resident care.
As the Registered Nurse you will:
* Coordinate client care needs, including assessment, case management and developing individualised Care Plan.
* Provide complex clinical care including but not limited to wound dressing; administration of medications; condition assessments and referrals.
* Recognise changing needs of residents and liaise with resident, families, and other members of the multidisciplinary teams regarding their care delivery and goals of care.
* Perform specialised clinical nursing tasks within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse.
* Supervise and lead care staff and Enrolled Nurses as part of a wider team.

About you:
* Possess a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Hold a current AHPRA registration.
* Possess excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
* Ability to relate to the elderly with empathy and understand their needs.
* Demonstrate flexible decision making and advanced problem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to effectively plan and prioritise work tasks.
* Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, their families and staff.
