Position: Senior Architect (Remote - US Client) — Remote work with U.S. clients and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Construction Drawings & Design Review: Review and refine construction-ready drawings for quality and accuracy; coordinate with internal and external design teams to ensure alignment with client vision and U.S. construction standards; contribute to improving drawing standards and workflows
- Estimating & Take-Offs: Lead detailed estimating and material take-offs for custom residential projects; collaborate with the U.S.-based estimator to validate scope and costing accuracy; ensure constructability through field- and documentation-based knowledge
- Client-Facing Communication & Support: Participate in client coordination calls as needed; help communicate technical details, timelines, and design expectations; support project buy-in through clear documentation and visual presentations
- Process & System Development: Help build and refine pre-construction templates, estimating tools, and design documentation; streamline and optimize the pre-construction process for efficiency and quality
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in residential construction or architectural support
- Strong exposure to U.S.-based projects and clients (Florida experience is a plus)
- Solid understanding of construction documents, estimating, and project planning
- Proficient in architectural drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and estimating software
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in remote collaboration with U.S. teams
- Familiarity with Florida Building Code
- Experience working with high-end or luxury residential builds
- Knowledge in interior design coordination or visual rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion)
