Who we are:
Radish Events is an Ethical Catering Company based in St Peters. We are passionate about creating delicious and memorable food, that is made sustainably and ethically.
We are on a journey to zero waste in our whole operation, and currently the only caterer in Australia to have achieved a BCorp certification.
Main responsibilities:
* Prepping delicious food at our main kitchen in St Peters;
* Going to client's venues to do food service (cocktail parties, weddings, company events, etc) alongside our kitchen team;
* Supporting our team with all kitchen logistics operations, including tasks such as keeping the kitchen tidy and organised, dishwashing, picking up orders and collecting items left at clients, packing up items for jobs;
* Setting up beautiful grazing tables and buffets with our styling equipment;
What are we looking for:
* We're looking for at least 2 years experience in commercial kitchens, and ability to perform the responsibilities listed above.
* Must be able to drive our Van (manual gear) to deliver the food experiences;
* Positive can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactivity are important behaviours;
* Flexibility - some months are busier than others, and we compensate for every extra hour you work with us, either via payment or days off.

Salary & Benefits:
* $63,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience
* Extra hours are compensated in extra pay or days in lieu
* Mostly Tuesday - Saturday typical schedule (always 2 consecutive days off)
* Day off on birthday, plus days off between Christmas and NY
