**Your Role**:
- Develop and implement innovative, evidence-based programs that build participants' capacity and independence.
- Facilitate sessions across our unique working spaces, tailoring support to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with participants, families, and allied health professionals to create person-centred plans.
- Provide direct developmental support and capacity-building services to help participants achieve their NDIS goals.
**What You Bring**:
- **Qualifications & Registration**: A relevant tertiary qualification in developmental education and current DEAI registration.
