HR & Talent Advisor (open to visa holders)

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Talent Advisor to join our Sydney team!

What will you be doing in this role?

You will be reporting to and supporting the Head of People and Operations across the full suite of generalist activities, providing support and advice nationally with a focus on recruitment.

* Coordinate and work with partners to facilitate end‐to‐end recruitment including: revision of position descriptions, advertising, candidate application management, shortlisting, reference checking, selection, onboarding and induction plan;
* Assist in management and resolution of employee matters whilst minimising organisational risk;
* Assist in performance management processes, disciplinary issues, disputes and grievances;
* Assist Managers with the design, coordination and delivery of firm‐wide training and development frameworks;
* Utilise HR systems and tools to manage, record and report work activities; and
* Prepare and deliver corporate/firm communications and correspondence.

Does this sound like you?

* At least 1 year's experience in a HR generalist/recruitment based role;
* Experience within a professional services environment preferred;
* Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and as part of the national HR team;
* Well‐developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for liaising with staff at all levels, external providers and external bodies; and
* Strong time management skills with the ability to handle pressure in a positive way.
