As a Caseworker Care Services, you will:
* Provide compassionate, high‑quality case management for children and young people in home‑based care placements and Targeted Care Packages, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and developmental needs remain central to all decisions.
* Build trusting, supportive relationships with carers, offering guidance, supervision and practical support to strengthen their capability and confidence in caring roles.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, carers and external partners, including statutory authorities, to develop, implement and review care and statutory case plans that support stability and positive outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation, meet compliance and reporting obligations, and contribute to continuous improvement and a strong, child‑safe practice culture.

* $101,032 p/a + Super + Salary Packaging
What We’re Looking For
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
* Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Diploma of Welfare Studies or equivalent qualifications and/or 2 or more years of experience in delivering case work and therapeutic interventions.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the child protection and Care Services systems.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and service providers.
* Current Victorian Driver’s license
* Understanding of the purpose and expectations of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and demonstrated commitment to contributing to a child safe organisation in both practice and culture.
