Are you ready to make a real difference in your community?We are seeking a Community Occupational Therapist - Restorative Care to support older adults across the Ipswich and South Brisbane regions. Ideally, you'll be based in or around the West Moreton area.Most appointments will be within a 30-minute radius of these regions, so you can spend less time on the road and more time delivering high-quality care.Enjoy the flexibility to set your own hours and days. Our dedicated rostering team takes care of your schedule-no chasing appointments or managing your own calendar. Your Role:Deliver 1:1 evidence-based in-home Occupational Therapy services.Focus on Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.Engage in mobile assessment, case management, and care coordination.Facilitate client connections to appropriate service providers and supports.Efficiently manage daily workload including travel, documentation, and administrative tasks.
