This is ahands-on leadership rolefor a chef who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and delivers consistency at scale.
This role suits a chef who wantsstability, long-term growth, and genuine influence over a large multi-service operationincluding breakfast, lunch, dinner, functions, and catering.
The Role
You will be fully responsible for:
End-to-end kitchen leadership across all services
Managing and mentoring a large multicultural kitchen team
Menu execution, training, and consistency standards
Stock control, ordering, and supplier management
Food cost, wastage control, and GP targets
HACCP, food safety, and compliance
Supporting functions, events, and high-volume trade
Working closely with owners and senior management
This is atrue Head Chef role— not just a senior line cook position.
What We're Looking For
Minimum5+ years as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in high-volume venues
Proven experience inbusy service environments
Strong people leadership and training skills
Excellent cost control and operational discipline
Calm under pressure with outstanding service execution
Experience with Indian or multi-cuisine kitchenshighly regarded
