An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Officer - NUM Support, to provide a high level of confidential administrative and business support for assigned Nurse Unit Managers within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS). This position assists the Nurse Unit Manager for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies. Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north. Key Responsibilities include: Manage the day-to-day administration requirements of the (work unit) to achieve administrative compliancy by providing specific support to the Nurse Unit Managers. Maintain mandatory documentation for filing, archiving and storage in line with the State Archiving regulations. Ability to read and interpret nursing rosters, to ensure accuracy. Provide administration support to committees and meetings as required by the Nurse Unit Manager. Including distribution of agendas, booking meeting venues, production of minutes and following up meeting actions. Remuneration value up to $97 656 p.a., comprising salary between $76 963- $85 591 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $38.81- $43.16 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (full time or part time position available, hours negotiable).
