Permanent Part-Time (3 days per week)
The Yard Gym is looking for a highly organised and proactive Digital Project Manager to help drive the delivery of our digital and technology roadmap across our growing network.
Working closely with our Head of Digital, you'll help coordinate projects across our key platforms including our website, member app, franchisee portal, CRM and software integrations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, momentum and clarity to digital projects while working closely with developers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinate the delivery of digital projects and platform updates
* Work closely with our development agency to manage priorities, timelines and deliverables
* Help manage and prioritise incoming requests from internal teams and franchisees
* Write and organise project briefs, requirements and user stories where needed
* Track project progress and keep stakeholders informed
* Assist with roadmap planning and longer-term digital initiatives
* Improve processes for managing feature requests and project visibility
* Work across multiple digital products including apps, websites, portals and integrations
About You
You're organised, process-driven and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once.
You don't need to be deeply technical, but you can confidently work with developers and communicate requirements clearly.
You've likely worked in a digital project management, delivery or product operations role and have experience launching or improving digital products.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in digital project management, delivery coordination or similar
* Experience working on websites, apps, CRM systems or digital platforms
* Comfortable working with developers and external agencies
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Teamwork, Jira, Asana or similar
* Ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving
* Agency or client-side digital delivery experience highly regarded
* Experience within fitness, franchise or multi-site businesses is a bonus
