THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Professional to join the West Coast Sheet Metal team in 2025. This full time role offers a dynamic opportunity to serve as the key point of contact between West Coast Sheet Metal and our customers across the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new business development and identify emerging markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Represent West Coast Sheet Metal at trade shows and industry events
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on business performance
- Ensure all customer requirements are met to the highest standard
- Adhere to safety policies and company procedures at all times
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in technical sales environments with a focus on tailored solutions
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and long‐term partnerships with customers
- Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Ability to work independently while managing travel schedules effectivelyFamiliarity with technical drawings, specifications, and sales order processing
- Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms
- A flair for developing innovative, customer‐focused solutions
- Competent using Microsoft Office suite
