Details: Alfred Deakin High School is seeking an Excursions and Events Administrator to join the Administration Team and support the day-to-day operations of school activities and events. The Excursions and Events Administrator plays a key role in coordinating, organizing, and managing all school-related excursions, camps, and events. This position ensures that all activities are planned efficiently, align with school policies and educational goals, and are conducted safely and within budget. The administrator works closely with teachers, support staff, students, parents, and external providers to deliver high-quality experiences that enrich the school's educational and co-curricular programs.
The successful candidate for this role will be approachable, committed and supportive, with extensive administration experience. This role is front facing with a high volume of interaction with students, teachers and the community each day. This position will also help to manage social media and community engagement, as well as support senior executive team with ad hoc requests.
Eligibility/Other requirements:

Desirable:
* Experience and knowledge of working in a school office environment.
* Knowledge of Sentral and Microsoft Office packages.
* First Aid Qualifications.
