The School of History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Sydney is seeking to fill two full‐time academic positions at academic Level B/C/D, with a base salary of $127,436 - $207,069 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
We are particularly interested in candidates working in the areas of early modern science, or science or medicine in Asia, or Indigenous knowledge systems. We are looking for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in History and Philosophy of Science who has:
* A PhD in History and Philosophy of Science or related fields including STS, History, Philosophy, Asian Studies, Indigenous Studies
* An excellent research profile evidenced by original, high‐quality and independent research (relative to opportunity)
* Teaching experience including course design, coordination, delivery, and assessment
