Your new role
* Sourcing the top 5% of financial crime candidates, competing with the banking giants to secure rare candidates with niche skills
* Using proactive and creative sourcing strategies to mine passive talent in the financial crime space
You will get

You will need
* A minimum of 2 years recruiting for financial services/banking space, Agency or internal experience suitable
* Experience recruiting for financial crime roles will be highly regarded.
* Proven ability to source hard-to-find candidates and able to demonstrate strategy
* Working Holiday Visas welcome to apply
* Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check
* Must be available to start within 2 weeks of offer
