About the role:
Complete Pest Control AUS is seeking a full-time Trainee or Qualified Pest Control Technician to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As our Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pest control services to our residential and commercial clients. This hands-on role involves working in the field and collaborating with our team to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

* Performing comprehensive pest inspections and assessments at client properties
* Developing and implementing tailored pest control strategies to address identified issues
* Safely and effectively applying a range of pest control treatments, including the use of chemicals and other integrated pest management techniques
* Providing clear and informative feedback to clients on the status of pest issues and recommended actions
* Maintaining detailed records and documentation
* Deliver exceptional customer service
Our requirements and expectations:
* Formal qualifications in pest control - Pest Management Technician (PMT) Licence + Timber Pest Management Technician (TP) Licence, or the eagerness to commence a Traineeship to obtain a Pest Management Technician Licence.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a pest control technician, with a strong understanding of integrated pest management practices
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations and compliance requirements for the pest control industry
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
* A valid driver's licence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
