If you're looking for a senior CA role that offers real responsibility, trust, and variety, this is it.
You'll work closely with the construction manager to oversee contracts across four live projects, supported by directors who bring hands-on experience in both construction and business. This is a stable, growing team with the right foundations already in place. They just need someone like you to take it further.
Over the past five years, this builder has more than tripled the size of its projects. What began as a fit-out-focused operation now includes commercial new builds across multiple sectors, including institutional. That growth has created a genuine need for a Senior CA to help shape the next phase.
This is your opportunity to use your experience in commercial contracts and step into a role with purpose. You'll add a new layer to a business that is ready to keep evolving.
The company is ISO-accredited and has a strong quality track record, which shows in its repeat business and loyal client base. The culture is transparent and driven but never micro-managed. Flexibility is offered on a trust basis. Stay on top of your work, and you will have full control over your schedule. They also run weekly upskilling sessions to stay connected and focused on growth.
To be eligible for this role, you'll need at least five years' experience as a CA on commercial projects of a similar size, working with a head contractor. A background across multiple sectors will be highly regarded. This role is not suited to candidates from the civil sector, and you must hold a degree in construction management.
