Staff Development Nurse
This is a Permanent Part Time vacancy at 32 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities
Plans, implements and evaluates learning and development programs addressing the identified learning needs of all staff across Central Great Southern MPS sites (Katanning, Kojonup, Gnowangerup and Tambellup).
Requirements
* Proven ability to plan, deliver and evaluate education programs.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, including advanced presentation, oral and written communication, negotiation, supervision and report writing.
* Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as a collaborative team member.
* Sound knowledge of quality assurance and accreditation processes.
* Demonstrated understanding and practical application of adult learning principles.
* Strong computer literacy, including navigating online policy systems, internal communication platforms and completing online learning modules.
