Key Responsibilities
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions
Deep dive on problems and provide options, engage, and facilitate views of customers, business, and technology stakeholders
Deliver quality outcomes, engaging with Solution Consultants and Technology SMEs
Lead the technical delivery of the end-to-end solution
Be responsive and work under pressure
Provide assessment of effort for work to be delivered
Work with other Analysts and Developers to create and maintain best practices
Be a domain SME and maintain knowledge of Computershare Products and Solutions
Work autonomously and meet project deadlines
Perform Risk Mitigation
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility
Excellent time-management skills and ability to work on concurrent projects/tasks
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role
