About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Ballarat.
* As a Dental Assistant, you will provide exceptional patient care and chairside dental assistance in a variety of procedures.
This is a busy and fast-paced role where you will have the opportunity to further develop your dental knowledge and skills by working with our supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists.
* Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service.
* Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures.
* Advising patients of their care.
* Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff.
* Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
* Answering telephone calls and enquiries.
* Administration support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Possess excellent communication skills.
* Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Have a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
* Possess a Cert III in Dental Assisting or have three or more years' dental assisting experience.
