This position can be offered out of our Epping VIC, Yatala QLD or Hazlemere WA site
Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be :
* Attend to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
* Provide accurate advice and information on request
* Provide customer-specific quotes and estimates as required
* Maintain accurate records
* Attend to customer follow-ups and update the CRM
* Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
* Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations
* Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
* Attend Company promotional events
