The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to educational institutions and building strategic partnerships within the education sector.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new school clientsBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutionsIdentify and engage with potential channel partners and resellersConduct compelling product demonstrations and presentationsNegotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targetsProvide market intelligence and competitor analysisRepresent the company at educational conferences and industry eventsCollaborate with marketing on region-specific campaigns and materialsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and activity records in CRMProvide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trendsRequirements:5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in Tech or SaaSDemonstrated success selling to schools, preferably international or private institutionsExperience with consultative selling approaches and complex sales cyclesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with education stakeholdersSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsExperience with CRM systems and sales process documentationWillingness to travel within assigned region and meet clientsPreferred Qualifications:Background in sales & consultingExperience selling enterprise software solutionsMultilingual capabilities relevant to target regionKnowledge of international education systems and structuresPrevious success with channel partner developmentCompensation:Competitive performance-based commission structureOpportunity to earn uncapped commissions with no earnings ceilingComprehensive training on our platform and education industryRemote work flexibility with necessary tools and resourcesOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding EdTech companyLocationThis is a remote position with a focus on our designated regions.
