The Role
- Welcome visitors and answer calls with professionalism and warmth
- Manage the reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen presentation
- Monitor the reception inbox, manage incoming emails and basic enquiries
- Keep the office running, manage supplies, meeting rooms and day-to-day operations
- Pitch in on internal and external event coordination
- Assist the finance and marketing departments with tasks such as data entry and newsletters
The Criteria
- Positive attitude, attention to detail and team spirit are a must
- Highly organised with clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Confident juggling competing priorities with initiative and common sense
- Experience in construction or property is an advantage, but not essential
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
